A: We can engrave coated, painted, or anodized metals, where the laser vaporizes the top layer to reveal a sharp contrast underneath. However, we cannot engrave bare or raw metal surfaces (such as standard challenge coins), as our laser engravers are designed for ablation rather than rotary or mechanical metal etching.
Q: What is your standard turnaround time, and do you offer rush orders?
A: Turnaround depends on whether the item is in-stock or custom-ordered:
