Master Sergeant Wade T. McBride is the Commandant of the Chief Master Sergeant Arthur Hicks Airman Leadership School, Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. Sergeant McBride was born in Spring, TX and grew up in El Paso, TX. He enlisted in the Air Force in 2011 where he began his active duty career at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey as a Medical Materiel Technician. Sergeant McBride has been deployed to Qatar in support of Operation INHERENT RESOLVE and Ramstein Air Base, Germany where he had forward deployments to Kenya and Niger. Additionally, Sergeant McBride has been stationed at Dyess AFB, TX where he was NCOIC of Customer Service and Acquisitions, Nellis AFB where he was a Contract Supervisor and NCOIC of Storage and Distribution, and finally Vandenberg SFB, CA where he served as the Medical Logistics Flight Chief.

Technical Sergeant Joshua K. Galas is an Airman Leadership School Instructor at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. Sergeant Galas was born in San Antonio, TX and grew up on the island of Oahu. He enlisted in the Air Force in 2016 where he began his active-duty career at Edwards Air Force Base as a Bioenvironmental Engineer Journeyman, providing health surveillance to 178 industrial shops, 17 different air frames, and 2 GSUs. Additionally, Sergeant Galas was assigned to Incirlik Air Base, Turkey as the NCOIC of Occupational Health and a member of the Initial Response Force for the Air Force’s largest nuclear stockpile. Sergeant Galas was stationed at Vandenberg Space Force Base as the NCOIC of Readiness Plans and Operations, where he provided health risk assessments for 38 launch missions. Lastly, Sergeant Galas holds a Master of Science in Leadership.

Staff Sergeant David Cerda Infante is an Airman Leadership School Instructor at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. Sergeant Cerda was born in East Los Angeles, CA. He enlisted in the Air Force in 2016 and began his active duty career at Yokota Air Base, Japan, as a Ground Transportation Support Operator. Sergeant Cerda has deployed to Qatar in support of Operation INHERENT RESOLVE. Additionally, he was assigned to RAF Lakenheath, UK, where he served as the Ground Transportation Support NCOIC. Sergeant Cerda was later stationed at Vandenberg Space Force Base as the NCOIC of Training and Validation, where he managed vehicle, airfield, and hazardous cargo training for the 30 LRS. Lastly, Sergeant Cerda is working toward a Bachelor of Arts in Management Studies.

Staff Sergeant Avery J. Dominguez is an Airman Leadership School Instructor at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. Sergeant Dominguez was born in Oceanside, California and grew up on Marine Corp Base Camp Pendleton. He enlisted in the Air Force in 2017 where he began his active-duty career at Nellis Air Force Base as a Vehicle Maintenance Journeyman. Sergeant Dominguez deployed three times with the 820th RED HORSE squadron to Al Dhafra, Al Udeid, and Ali Al Salem. Additionally, Sergeant Dominguez was assigned to Kunsan Air Base, South Korea in the 8th LRS as an NCO for Fire Truck and Refueler Maintenance. Sergeant Dominguez was stationed at Vandenberg Space Force Base as an NCO for Material Control for the 30th LRS.
